Is The Events Academy accredited?

Yes. The Events Academy is a training provider certified by NITA, the National Industrial Training Authority, so the certificate you finish with is recognised beyond the classroom.

Where are the classes held?

Physical classes run on Thursdays at iHiT, Cape Office Park, Ring Road Kilimani, Nairobi. Some courses also run online.

How long are the courses?

Each course runs for eight weeks, with one class a week.

By bank transfer, card or mobile money. Payment details come on an invoice once your enrolment is complete.

Do I need experience to join?

No. The introductory courses start with the basics and assume no prior experience in events.

Can I hire event staff through the academy?

Yes. The academy supplies ushers, event coordinators and event planners drawn from its own alumni, recruited, trained and managed on the ground at your event, in Nairobi and across Kenya.
